Order Processing Schedule
All dresses go through strict quality checks before shipment. Total delivery time combines processing time and shipping transit time.
Processing Time (calculated in business days):
- Regular dresses: 5–7 business days preparation before dispatch
- Elaborate formal gowns: 10–15 business days preparation before dispatch
Order processing and shipment are suspended on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only. Actual arrival time will vary depending on your destination region.
If you require urgent delivery, kindly reach out to our customer support prior to placing your order so we can verify feasibility.
Estimated transit time (in business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and local holidays):
- Standard Shipping: 15–18 business days | $12.99 USD
- Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days | $29.99 USD
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders valued above $199 USD. This benefit is limited solely to Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping fees will still apply regardless of whether your order meets the $199 requirement.

Sales tax is already included in all listed product prices. No extra sales tax will be added during checkout.
